Artist Deanna Partridge-David was born in North Vancouver and has lived all over the lower mainland of BC. In
Vancouver she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Animation from Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design. It was there that she met her husband Graeme, who shares her passion for art, story-telling and
humour. After graduation they moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia where Deanna was an animator on the award-
winning CBC television show for toddlers, Poko. They loved the Maritimes, but decided to return home to BC in
2006 to starta family. Deanna now lives in Coquitlam with Graeme and their son Max who is a never-ending
source of inspiration and fun.
She is a full-time mom, artist, and licensed RESP sales representative for Children’s Education Funds Inc.
